PlayCorps
The PlayCorps Program activates parks across the city with free play, art, and creative exploration, in conjunction with the free federal summer meals program. Teams of trained play facilitators provide activities and materials to inspire child-directed free play for social and emotional growth. PlayCorps provides a relief from screens and a chance to connect to the marvels of nature found throughout our city parks. PlayCorps paired with community meals gives our city youth a bounty of summer fun.
Play activities begin on June 29 Monday – Friday from 10:00AM – 2:00PM in these parks:
- Billy Taylor
- Bucklin
- Davis Park
- Fargnoli

- Gateway Center at Roger Williams Park (Wednesdays only)
